What is Fluid Flow™?
Fluid Flow™ is an amniotic liquid allograft derived from the amniotic fluid within the placenta. It is used by health practitioners to safely and effectively treat soft tissue pain and inflammation while promoting the regeneration of our bodies to their optimal health.
What is Amniotic Fluid?
Amniotic fluid comes from planned, healthy births where the donor has been assessed for high-risk behavior and relevant diseases. All BioLab Sciences amniotic liquid allografts have been tested for potentially infectious diseases and terminally sterilized to ensure the safety of each liquid allograft.
How Does it Work, What’s in it?
Amniotic Fluid is naturally rich in growth factors, cytokines, and proteins. These factors and proteins are associated with tissue repair, replacement, and remodeling as well as promoting anti-inflammatory activity. When injected into the body, these growth factors and cytokines have been shown to promote healing and manage pain.
What Does It Treat?
Fluid Flow™ is approved for the treatment of the following relevant conditions:
Degenerative Joint Disorders such as:
•Joint Pain (Knee, Hip, Shoulder, etc)
Inflammatory conditions such as:
Soft Tissue Injuries such as:
•Ligament and Tendon sprains
•Muscle and Meniscus tears
Is It Covered by Insurance?
BioLab Sciences Fluid Flow™ is approved and covered by Medicare and the majority of commercial medical insurances. We will perform prior authorization to verify coverage for all insurances before performing any procedures.
How many treatments will I need?
The majority of patients with inflammation and pain experience significant improvement after one treatment.
Are there risks in undergoing treatment?
Obtaining amniotic fluid has no ethical or moral issues associated with its use. There is no harm to the fetus, only the amniotic membrane and fluid is used, which is typically discarded if not used for therapies.
